The lesson

This is just its usual price. The Soundcore 2 has sold for $29.89 to $29.99 every time we've seen it since June, so Target's $29.99 matches the going rate. It's a small, waterproof speaker with 24-hour battery life, and it's a fine pick at this price. The $44.99 'was' price isn't what it really sells for, so there's no need to hurry.
