Should you buy now or wait for Black Friday?
Our grade is a B: a good price, not a standout one. Today's $449.99 is the lowest price we've recorded, so if you need it now, it's a fair buy. If you can wait for Black Friday, an alert will tell you if it earns an A.
What's a good price for the LG S80TY 3.1.3 Soundbar?
A good price for the LG S80TY 3.1.3 Soundbar is $449.99 or less: the lowest of the 6 prices we've recorded from Jun 10, 2026 to Oct 27, 2026. The lesson
The S80TY is LG's step-up Atmos soundbar, with up-firing speakers and a wireless sub, and it pairs with LG OLED TVs so the TV speakers and bar play together. Costco sold it for $499.99 in June and August; $449.99 is $50 below that and the lowest we've tracked. The $150 off ends Oct 31. If you want real overhead sound without a full speaker setup, buy it.
