The lesson

Fair, not special. A ratcheting driver with a pile of bits is a useful junk-drawer tool, and $12.98 is fine. But $12.98 is where it sat in Oct and Dec 2025 too, and it hit $9.98 in Nov and Dec 2024. Wait for Black Friday unless you need one now.
